Kitchen Remodel

We started planning our kitchen remodel the day we moved in. After 14 months in our home we started the project. Our home is a 1960s ranch style home approximately 2,400 sqft in Houston, TX. Our kitchen remodel was completed from start to finish in a 6 week timeline. We had a wonderful experience working with our contractor, Shaun Bain with Curb Appeals and Hallie Sims with Hallie Henley Designs.

We found a couple hundred square feet of attic space - framed it out, added some custom cabinets and turned it into a beautiful walk in closet.

Beautiful estate lot and house that was actually pristine when we started yet pristine from the early 80's.  Major design and remodel of the entire house along with some newly claimed living space we created in the attic.

Home in the Oaks

Two growing girls needed their own vanities!  We added some 'cool' glass tile, custom texture, wired for wall sconces and added two mirrors.

Ridge Project

This house had stucco/southwestern walls along 2 major walls and 20' high in places that we had to demolish.  We then designed and reconfigured with some beautiful woodwork to bring the house back to a more classic feel.

This project started out as a screened dog porch.  With some design, a big framed opening to the space, custom buffet style cabinets with granite, new hand scraped flooring, and topped off with a nice large window.

Couple had spent 20 years in this house and really wanted to change the look without breaking the bank.  We replicated a Martha Stewart design she liked and refaced her cabinets....added a farm sink she always wanted.  Finished the project with some nice built in cabinets to hold her doll collection.

Fleetwood Bath

This layout was the typical sunken shower/tub in the center of the bathroom flanked by two closets.  The clients didn't want to loose their tub or their shower and they wanted to add more light.  We maximized all the closet space to one side, added a window.....and a shower!  We later added three mirrors which played really well with our vanity lighting.

Magnolia Mastiff kennel retreat

Clients needed a space for some GROWING pups.  We added four stalls inside with guillotine doors for passage to four exterior stalls.  Custom designed and constructed iron stalls, loft area for storage, mini split wall ac unit, floor drains, commercial grade faucets with stainless sink and bathing area, washer and dryer, porcelain tiled walls, and LED lighting.
